Fitness goal

When i'm at the gym, my main fitness goal is to have a really strong back. A lot of people neglect this muscle group because their focused on other body part's like their arms ,chest and legs. It's important to have a strong back because it's responsible for posture. I also think you can build up as much muscle as you wamt in your back and still look lady-like.
